Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tapwake, provided by Packplug Inc. By using Tapwake, you agree to them.

Alarm limitations

Tapwake is a wake-up aid, not an emergency, medical, safety, or life-support service. Alarm delivery can be affected by device power, volume, permissions, operating-system behavior, network availability, Focus settings, and hardware failure. Keep another alarm or human backup for important obligations. Do not rely on Tapwake where a missed alarm could cause injury, danger, or substantial loss.

Your account and use

You are responsible for your device, credentials, alarm settings, and the accuracy of information you provide. Do not misuse invitations, harass a backup partner, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service components, or use Tapwake unlawfully. You must have permission before entering another person's contact information or asking them to act as your backup.

Tapwake+ subscriptions

Tapwake+ purchases are billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Trial eligibility and refunds are controlled by Apple. Deleting Tapwake or your Tapwake account does not itself cancel an App Store subscription.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may change these terms as Tapwake evolves. We will post the current terms and effective date here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Tapwake is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Packplug Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free alarm, notification, camera, partner, cloud, or subscription operation. To the extent permitted by law, Packplug Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Tapwake.

Termination

You may stop using Tapwake at any time and may delete your account in Account Settings. We may restrict access for abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, or material violation of these terms.
